Since forming in 2007, Smart Solutions has grown to become a key player in the UK recruitment industry and we are committed to maintaining this progress by exploring new opportunities and expanding our network of service centres into new markets.”

Before joining Smart Solutions, Mr Rosser spent five years working in senior positions at international recruitment consultancy, Randstad, before moving to local firm, Abacus, as manager of its Cardiff branch in 2005.

Since being named Wales’ fastest growing company in 2010, Smart Solutions has continued its growth strategy and recently opened its newest service centre in Swansea. The company now has 15 offices throughout the UK and is continuing its expansion in Wales, England and Scotland.
