Recruitment Consultant, Runcorn                                                            Ref:  SSR-HQ0174

 

An opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant for our Recruitment Services Division within England.  The role will be situated in our newly opened branch in Runcorn.

 

The branch will have national account and growth delivery, with the ideal candidate having a background in multi sector recruitment delivery and new business development.  You will be required to recruit all flexible workers, ensuring that you are compliant, keep records of induction and training to ensure that they are in line with client requirements.  You will be responsible in the management of all flexible workers involved in servicing the client and you will be responsible for candidate registration, interviews, testing and selection of varied workforce to desired service standards.  Provide induction prior to the flexible workers assignment and you will have responsibility in terms of payroll, control of absence, timekeeping and the performance and conduct of all flexible workers.

 

The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm, drive and the ability to work on their own initiative.  Excellent communication at all levels and good planning and organisational skills is a requirement for this role. 


 

Branch Manager, Runcorn.                                                                          Ref:  SSR-HQ0169

 

An opportunity has arisen for a Branch Manager for our Recruitment Services Division within the England Region, this role will be based from our Runcorn office which is due to open in September 2015 and you will report directly to the UK Operations Director.

 

You will be responsible for the new branch set up and performance delivery.  You will manage and develop the team working in vertical markets and support the divisional commitment from driving and building services within the region.    You will be responsible for driving integration of existing national account and the sale strategy for growing the region.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience in new business development in the multi sector recruitment environment.  Experience and ability to sell across sectors for permanent and flexible labour requirements.  You will have a proven track record in performance delivery of a high volume multi sector branch.  Experience in branch management and the ability to manage and develop employees.   To have enthusiasm, drive and the ability to work on their own initiative.  Excellent communication at all levels and good planning and organisational skills is a requirement.

Onsite Account Manager, Newport.                                                                     Ref:  SSR-HQ0171

 

An opportunity has arisen for an onsite Account Manager for our Recruitment Services Division within the Welsh Region, this role will be based from our client site in Newport and you will report directly to the Branch Manager.

 

You will be responsible for the operational control of the contract ensuring that all target KPI’s are met.    You will be supported by the Newport branch including the management of all flexible workers, you need to ensure that you are compliant, conduct induction and training to ensure that they are in line with client requirements.  You will be responsible in the day to day management of all flexible workers and ensure that all daily requirements are met.   Responsible for candidate registration,  interviews, testing and selection of varied workforce to desired service standards.  Other duties involve payroll, control of absence, timekeeping and the performance and conduct of all flexible workers.  You will be required to host operational reviews with the client and you will also need to be flexibly in working hours to support the client’s needs due to the shift patterns.
