Bournemouth Water, Part of the Pennon Group, are expanding their team and are seeking an experienced customer service administrator to join the team. The Pennon Group have recently been awarded customer service industry awards from the Institute of Customer Service!
- Negotiate the payment of overdue bills or outstanding payments via inbound and outbound telephone calls and in writing
- Effectively communicate with customers to establish the reason for arrears and then identify appropriate solutions based on individual customer circumstances
- Monitor and manage repayment arrangements with customers
- Maintain accurate records of contact with customers
You will have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience of working in the customer service industry
- Time management skills
