Smart Solutions' people are fundamental to its success. Responsible for achieving sales and strategic objectives, you'll lead Smart Solutions to achieve our growth targets and generate new business across the UK.
You will be responsible for developing a strong sales pipeline and converting this to new business revenue and margin. As a Sales Director you will take ownership of the delivery of National and Regional sales business, you will play a fundamental role in developing the future growth of Smart Solutions. You will develop a sales strategy, tactics, plans, profit targets and budgets whilst identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets. In addition to managing a sales opportunity pipeline, you will exceed and meet sales targets and other KPI's to successful manage clients P&L's.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You'll need 5 years of proven strategic sales experience in a business to business sales environment with specific sales training. A Level 5 Diploma in Sales & Account Management (ISMM) or Level 6 Executive Diploma in Strategic Sales and Account Management (ISMM) are desirable. As a confident communicator, you'll engage, and negotiate effectively. An ability motivate and lead a team are also essential. Our standards are high, which means achieving and exceeding your targets is essential for this role, along with a strong understanding of our business and Values.
