Smart Solutions' people are fundamental to its success. Responsible for maintaining client information and acting as a support function, you'll provide general administrative support to the wider business.
Reporting to the Operations Support Co-ordinator, you will work as part of our Operational Support Team to assist our Account Managers with various duties including report generation, Personal Protective Equipment management and data analysis. You will be working with people at all levels to collate required data in order to feedback to our clients and the Senior Management Team. You will also liaise with our Accounts department to provide invoicing support. This role requires communication with colleagues at all levels and you will be required to assist the Managing Director with any additional report generation as and when required.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You will have a good level of verbal and written communication skills and an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes. The use of Microsoft Excel will form a key part of your role and you will therefor need to demonstrate an intermediate knowledge of the software. You will hold GCSEs in English and Maths (A-C Grade) and previous experience within a similar role would be advantageous. You must also be able to plan, prioritise and multi-task effectively.
